Repair Services:
If maintenance or repairs are needed, you can rely on the competent and quick settlement by the original manufacturer NG LITEF. Our specialists in service and development thoroughly inspect all equipment with specialized diagnostic and test systems in order to also early detect other possible irregularities and quickly make the unit operational again. On request we can offer additional modifications and updates, and thus create the space for longer useful life and new capabilities.


Technical Assistance:
Do you have information and support needs to operate your equipment or technical questions concerning the current application of your unit? Our customer service opens up access to our experts and knowledge bases to support you in search of answers and effective solutions to your problems.


Technical Field Service / On-Site Service:
In the case of an event, the  NG LITEF customer service provides a team of experienced and skilled technicians for on-site service at your disposal.  We support your technicians and end users during the on-board installation, field diagnosis, and with the elimination of malfunction. Of course, we also offer updates and upgrades to your NG LITEF equipment. The implementation of simple customer specific adaptations and extensions as well as direct training for equipment application in your system round off our on-site services.


Training:
You have decided to utilize NG LITEF equipment and want to be trained in the handling, the application possibilities, and the technical details of our equipment, or you would like continued introduction for your employees and customers to available innovations, efficient use, and more detailed technical questions, then you may fall back on us with a training program which offers you tailor-made and continuously updated seminars & trainings ranging from entry-level to specialist. The training modules are continually updated and build on each other and thus enable an accompanying development of your employees from entry-level to equipment specialists.

Upon request our training courses take place directly at your company site or in-house at NG LITEF. This gives your staff the opportunity to have a successful learning experience with the help of the training equipment and existing test environment. We design the training programs for you to focus particularly on the dialogue between teachers and students. We therefore limit the number of participants in all courses. The practical use of the equipment is a central component of training and knowledge is therefore more intensively communicated by allowing the necessary room for discussion of your individual questions during training.
